Buying a house is challenging for many reasons, one of which is just how painful is your agent going to be?! We wanted to buy a house in Kensington and were lucky to meet Roger, the King of Kensington, who from the first moment proved to be a real human being who doesn't like to waste time. He is a straight up communicator, extremely knowledgable about the area & surrounds (we tested this vigorously) and had glowing testimonials from other agents (can you believe agents being supportive?). He's lived in Kensington for most of his life, has long term relationships with the owners and responded to us at all hours of the day. Our house purchase was completed by private sale after three business days, only possible with his dogged determination to get a deal done for us.
