Roger and his team set up a WhatsApp communication group and then managed the renovations to our unit to get it ready for sale. They managed strata issues, quotes, tradesman all in a really friendly manner. In an unbelievably short time the unit was ready for sale. We received immediate feedback on how each open inspection went and a weekly chat with Roger on how he thought it was coming together. On auction day we were interstate but listened as all of the people Roger identified as genuine actually bid on the property. We were very happy with the result.
