Arranging a final cleaning, watering our garden (even pulling some weeds!), having the lawn mowed, bringing in the rubbish bins, disposing of our unwanted furniture items, were just some of his willing gestures. Rohen gave us great advice before the first open inspection then he wrote an excellent description of the benefits of living in our energy efficient home that brought in like- minded people. The house sold on the first open inspection. His explained the need to do things in a certain way and the benefits of it, and stood back and let us make our own decision.
