I'd wanted to sell my Apartment and still selecting an Agent. I found Rohan and Buxton via this website and after a few phone calls signed up to sell my 2 Bedroom Apartment in an off-market arrangement.. and the clock was ticking.. a week into the process - Lockdown 2.0 and 3 viewings and luckily 1 interested buyer . Rohan understood that I wanted to sell but not at any price - so we got the offer price up to an 'acceptable' level. Rohan understands the current market and we got the buyer to commit . The COS was done inside 20 days from signing up Buxton.
