Thanks to Rohin, purchasing our new home was a positive and stress free purchase. He was at all times respectful, knowledgeable and very easy to communicate with. We enjoyed our conversations and felt that we were getting truthful and honest responses to our queries. Rohin, you’re a credit to your industry and will look forward to working with you again someday.
Rohin was a great agent to work with! We were stoked with our results. No one would of worked harder to sell our house and get the result that he did! Communication through the whole process was great and rohin was very lovely to work with! Our marketing and photos of the property came up amazing with rohins guidance and expertise.
We expected selling to be stressful and difficult but Rohin made the whole process feel easy and enjoyable. The time and effort Rohin put into our marketing as well as contacting buyers and showing them individually through our house can't be matched by any other agent. We truly believe we got the best price by choosing to sell with Rohin. His communication with us was open and honest through the whole process and we are so thankful we had such a trustworthy, hard working agent on our side!
I’ve sold two properties with Rohin this year. On both occasions he has been a pleasure to work with. Rohin has a vast knowledge base of the Knox area, he has plenty of experience & he uses this knowledge & experience to help form expert advice in getting your property ready for sale. I feel he got us top dollar for both sale’s because of his expertise. Rohin is engaging, easy to contact, prompt with replying to queries, honest & seems to be a fantastic negotiator.
Professional, friendly and a pleasure to work with. Rohin believed in the value of our home and achieved it. He then found us the right home to buy! Can’t recommend him strongly enough:)
