Rohin helped the reviewer sell this property

Professional knowledge and communication skills

We met with Rohin twice, and on both occasions, he patiently explained the current market conditions, presented relevant sales data and provided a thorough analysis of our property. Two things particularly impressed us. Firstly, despite charging a lower commission, he demonstrated an equally high level of professionalism and a clear understanding of both the strengths and limitations of our property. Secondly, he took a realistic and practical approach to renovation, helping us minimise unnecessary expenses while still working towards our selling goals. These qualities convinced us that Rohin was the right agent for us. After we signed the contract, Rohin provided clear and detailed guidance on renovation, property staging and arranging the necessary inspections. The entire process moved quickly, exactly as we had hoped. We were extremely impressed by the service Rohin and Rhea provided throughout the process. They contacted us promptly after every open inspection, kept us informed through weekly reports and guided us carefully through the process of considering potential buyers. Their confidence and professionalism were particularly evident in the way they communicated with prospective buyers and followed up with them. They were like experienced captains navigating us through choppy waters, remaining calm, composed and reassuring throughout the journey. We were delighted when Rohin secured a buyer who offered the quickest settlement period. We are truly grateful to Rohin and Rhea for representing us so effectively. Given the challenging market conditions and rising interest rates, we could not have been happier with the outcome of the sale. We wholeheartedly recommend Rohin and Rhea to anyone looking for knowledgeable, professional and trustworthy real estate agents. We wish them every success in their future endeavours and have no doubt that they will continue to provide an outstanding service to their clients.
