The word outstanding is often over used! However, Roland was most professional in all aspects in his approach selling our family home. His; knowledge of the market, home preparation and presentation, sensitivity as this sale was an emotional family change, very open communication and we worked as a team, empowered me in the decision making, appointments were always effortless however well structured, feedback was given from every prospective purchaser and importantly I was treated with respect and my ideas and questions were always valued.

Our first home buying journey was educational to say the least… and I think that if we hadn’t met Roland, we probably would still be renting. So before we decided to place an offer on any property, we would speak to the agent about their selling process, and figure out if it was worth the stress.
