We were selling our first home, so didn’t know much about it. From the start Roland outlined exactly what to expect, how things might change across the campaign and provided as much information as we needed (I quite like stats and he gave us plenty). He suggested - but didn’t push - different people for styling, auctioneers, etc. The thing we liked most about Roland was his transparency. When opens when above expectations, on one that didn’t quite land, he said that and offered ways how we can fix it. As the campaign ebbed flowed, he calmly offered up different tactics and how they worked. In the end we got a great result.
