Romana was realistic with the pricing of the property so managed expectations from the start. She went above and beyond helping to ensure that the property was ready for the inspections, as we were overseas at the time. This included sorting out deck cleaning & window cleaning post the big dust storm that arrived in Melbourne just before our open.. She left voice memos after each open so we felt up to date.
