I am disappointed in the Agents performance insofar as I felt that they did not work for me, the Vendor. When a purchaser was found, the Agent was to provide a Contract of Sale with specific conditions however expected my legal team to provide this (additional cost to me) and instead then allowed the purchasers solicitor to provide the Contract with their conditions. Totally unsuitable. Too much back and forth allowing the purchasers solicitor to dictate the terms of sale. Totally unacceptable and not proffessional.

My offer for a house was accepted waited over a month for the contract, during this time he was still showing people through the house to get more offers. As a first home buyer this experience was very disappointing. Also the over all Seaveiw experience was so unprofessional would not recommend, never using again.
