We have been talking to quite a few real estate agents in the past, some of them have tens of years experience. And finally, we chose Ron to sell the property for us. And he did an excellent job - not only he sold this property very quickly(less than 1 week), but also he sold it with a very good price (this price is even higher than our expectation). From listing, to open inspection, we can see he was paying attention to EVERY SINGLE DETAIL. In real estate industry, it not quite hard to find an agent with tens of years of experience, but it is very hard to find an agent with dedication, professionalism and outstanding communication skills like him. If I was to sell a property again the first thing I would do is call him- I am sure he will do a great job again. We really would like to give him a 6 star rating ( unfortunately the system doesn't have the option).
