Ron was excellent right from the start to the end. He was very proactive ensuring the smooth sale of the house from communicating to the Tenant to ensuring the house was neat on the days of open house and very patient with us in responding very promptly to any questions we had . Ron's recommendations in terms of strategy ;price point was spot on and we got the price we had hoped for showing very clearly that the sale of my property was being handled by a seasoned professional. Ron's excellent work is also highlighted from the fact that we hardly had to do anything to get the house sold .

Ron provided good service for the sale of my property. Hes was easily contactable on the phone and turned up to meetings on time. Although, when we had a discussion on the sale price for my house. I stated that i would be very happy with 460k and ron told me that he could achevie 470k.......the house ended up selling for 450k. Also when time to sign contract he insisted on 2.2% which i thought was high, but was willing to pay a high fee because of the assurance that 470k was the going rate for my property. Also when i asked if 2.2% of the sale price was the only fee i had to pay he agreed. To then only find out at sale of property there was 2.5k to pay as advertising fees. Ron was polite, punctual and easily reachable. Although the information above brings down my overall aproval rating for my level of service ray white supplied me.
