Ron was bang on the money with the market. He advertised and marketed our property very well and had a signed agreement by the second open home for the exact price we wanted. We wouldn't hesitate in using Ron again.

Ron achieved a quick sale at a top price on our property in a market that is uncertain!

Ron was very approachable to deal with. He was honest from the start, and easy to communicate with.

Fantastic Knowledge of the local market!

Ron surpassed every expectation. He is genuine, has an in-depth understanding of the Mackay market and influencing factors. Ron is organised, up-front and honest. This is the third property I have trusted Ron to sell for me in Mackay. You won't be disappointed.

Ron has been great to deal with. He has been very clear in his communication and I'm pleased with results.

My daughter purchased her first property through Rons team and I must say we were impressed, as her parents we were guiding her and not living in the state where she brought her property bought its own difficulties but Ron made everything smooth and easy. Would definitely recommend Ron and would certainly seek his services if we bought another property in the area.

Ron is very knowledgeable and professional.

Ron and the Team where more than helpful with the sale of the house I just purchased. Ron was able to answer all my questions about the property promptly and professionally. I would strongly recommend Ron and his Team if you are looking at purchasing or selling your property.

From the first time I saw this property, Ron and his team have made the journey for me an easy one. They are very professional and were able to assist with any questions I had about the processes. I will definitely be using Focus on Mackay in the future.
