Ron was great to deal with we were buyers and got a great price from the seller of the property. Ron I noticed was really accomodating to the seller as well we got to meet the seller and he took us round the property and gave us pros and cons was really good to have that experience also when we applied for finance through a broker we got rejected by first application which the reasons given to us by the bank were pretty ridiculous Ron helped to ensure to the seller we were capable of getting finance and helped the seller to approve an extension on the finance terms in the end the 2nd bank we went through had no dramas and place has now settled thanks for all your help Ron
