Ron persisted with our eventual purchaser, and negotiated the sale price to within a few thousand dollars of the price for which we were originally on the market. Ron is a very positive person, who, when we got a bit down-hearted with a couple of purchaser finance approval extensions, kept our spirits up. I didn't give the top rating for Market Knowledge as in this current climate, auctions aren't enjoying the success they may have, in the past - which I think was mostly in the larger cities.
