Upon settlement, which was delayed by two hours, he helped the new owner move furniture into the house then called in to see us in the caravan park for a cuppa and a chat. Ron Plowman is an excellent real estate agent.Ron was the agent when I bought a property in 2017 and I was so impressed with him then, that I chose him as the agent to sell the same property. Nothing is too difficult and nothing phases him. During the sale process he was very supportive and when things went off the rails, he did everything possible to fix the problems. Problems amongst others, included a VERY difficult tenant and a roof that started leaking due to the deluge of rain during Feb to Apr 2022. He organised tradesmen to do emergency repairs and provided advice on how to deal with the recalcitrant tenant.
