Ron was very pleasant and helpful at my first meeting with him. From there on he was always in contact with me in regards to two proposed purchases, typical sales agent approach, but not over baring. We did end up purchasing one of the properties, however paid $20k more than we wanted to spend. Good for the vendor, but not for us as purchasers. Either way, we purchased what we wanted and are all happy now.
