Ronald and his team have achieved the best possible or even better results when we have relied on and involved them with our selling process. The timing was very tricky when we signed up with them, just about three weeks before the Christmas closure. We were in overseas most of the time and the property was tenanted with about six more months to go in their contract. Ronald and his selling partner Sam assured us not to be worried about anything and to leave all the hard work with them. Ronald put the house on the market very quickly it was gone under contract in the fastest possible time. The communication was fast and transparent.
