One of my stipulations was for the property to be 'open' on both a Saturday and Sunday to cater for those that were perhaps working of had other commitments. I was also provided feedback on a Monday as to who had presented at the 'open' house and my belief is that these prospective purchasers were followed up on. Thank you !
