Ronnie was very good at solving all the problems caused by the buyers of my property which started by having the building inspector do a terrible job which he was clearly not qualified to do. This set off a chain of events that led to a prolonged settlement. I warn all potential sellers to make sure the building inspector is a longtime qualified builder to inspect your property before sale.
