Ronnie discussed a plan with selling the house and what would be effective. I set a price in my head that I thought was relevant too the current market conditions and ensured that Ronnie had all the premium marketing tools to execute the sale. All is all the offer took 3 weeks then finance was approved with in 2 weeks as Ronnie knew the lending capacity of the buyer was strong which gave me faith. Then settlement 3 weeks after the buyers financial approval. All in all the process was streamlined and the end result was what I wanted too achieve. Thank you again Ronnie.

When first viewing the property Ronnie was able to answer majority of the questions about the property and anything he could not answer was later advised, this was good to see considering some places I viewed they couldn't answer any questions and it was a bit of a deterrent!! We had a few set backs and some delays but Ronnie was very patient with it all. thanks Ronnie :)

Ronny did a solid job, he knew we were eager to buy the property and he sort of pushed us over the edge, however the House I have bought was not cleaned properly and it would be just fair in such an instance to hand the bond (or partial bond) over to us, but this wasn’t really his fault. There was a “hickup” and the sellers bank wasn’t ready for settlement, but Ronny managed early settlement and all went according to our plan. Thanks again Ronnie, solid work I’d say
