Land Purchase with Rory Somerville

Rory was amazing to work with. Rory made the process of purchasing the land from start to end so easy and stress free. His transparency and guidance on all my questions and requests was excellent. Making a decision to purchase anything like this can be stressful and nerve-wracking. But Rory helped make it a smooth process. His reaction to my questions was exceptional. Also I never once felt any pressure to purchase or make a decision quickly to buy. He accommodated my aging parents to view the land on my behave, literally in like 10 minutes after I asked ( as I am based oversees) – it was a very adhoc last minute request and he kindly helped them see it and walked them thru the land, Even thought he had done this many times with me and via video. He was always so accommodating and fast. . Very professional and a comfortable experience working with Rory. Would highly recommend working with Rory and hope I get to buy or sell with him again. Also I received a beautiful hamper after the purchase to my overseas address which was a lovely thought. Thank you Rory.
