Ros was friendly and approachable on the Open day and able to give us plenty of information on the property. When we were ready to make an offer she was efficient and quick to secure feedback from the seller. The company appears to be knowledgable about current sales and rental market.

Our experience with Ros was easy and impressive from start to finish. We had dealt with Ros as tenants a few years ago so I was happy to see she was the selling agent on a property we were very interested in buying. I had missed the first inspection by 15 mins so submitted an enquiry through realestate.com and within hours Ros had called to arrange an inspection. The next day (a Sunday), I was taken through for a private viewing and Ros spent just over an hour with me at the property. It was not rushed or pressured at all. She then spent time explaining the buying process and taking time to listen to and consider are quite specific conditions that would have to be accommodated by the sellers. We put in an offer and all the conditions were agreed upon within hours. The negotiation process was smooth and very very quick. We were under a time pressure due to it being the week of Chrsitmas. Throughout the contract (60 days), Ros kept in touch to see how things were going and presumably provide updates to her sellers. We would absolutely recommend buying or selling through Ros and we were very happy with the service provided.
