We have sold homes before and moved interstate but this was to be the most stressful move of them all. The move was from Qld to Tasmania but I had to move the remaining rescue cats in my care and I couldn't be anymore stressed than I was at the time of putting our home on the market. She did not at any stage advocate simply dropping our price to get a quick sale for her commission, but understanding our personal circumstances, advised us on how to market and manage our property to eventually achieve close to our asking price.
