Ros was honest and upfront, she really cares about you whether you’re the buyer or the seller she’s approachable and informative. This was our first home so she made sure she explained everything to us and what the next steps would be, and made sure to communicate with us at every point. She knows her stuff and definitely made this whole experience easy and transparent. She was always happy to help, we don’t know what we would’ve done without her! We couldn’t recommend her enough.
