After deciding to sell and the price we wanted was a little above market average at the time we decided on contacting Ros. Most agents may have been inclined to lower our asking price to get a quicker sale with less work however Ros was more than happy to go with it. After nearly 12 months on the market and countless inspections and possible leads, Ros and hear tireless work ethic found us a potential buyer.
