I found Rosa to be generally very helpful, direct about fees, and both a good negotiator as well as being knowledgeable of the property market place. The only area of improvement that I could directly point to relates to my preference to have had more communication regarding the progress over the period of time the apartment was advertised - specifically to call back when requested and indicated that she would do so. This is a minor matter, as Rosa did generally keep me informed overall.
