As a older Australian I expected that selling our older style property would be difficult. My wife and I invited a number of local agents to make presentations and Rosalie won the deal largely because we thought she would be easy to communicate with. We were right. Pre-sale she was well informed and offered much constructive advice. During the marketing and negotiating of sale her input and effort was outstanding as was her ability to keep us informed of every step and every detail. She always displayed patience with me, and I must have been quite a difficult, slow acting client. She guided us gently but never lost sight of the fact that everything was our decision. Our biggest surprise came after the sale was made because she cheerfully continued to support and assist us in related matters. It really was above and beyond all that we could have expected. Selling the family home of many years is a stressful and emotional time. Rosalie listened to what we had to say, helped us through the jargon, lifted us over the hurdles and was sympathetic to our requests. She was always immaculately dressed, turned up when she said and made the whole process as painless as possible. We knew at all times what she required us to do and the tasks that she was undertaking. We always felt as if she was totally focused on us, even though we knew she had other properties in her portfolio. Keeping the information flowing was critical to keeping our stress levels low. Rosalie kept us informed of any developments at all times (including supposed days off!) and was always contactable. We do not intend to sell another house, but if we did I would want someone of Rosalie’s confidence and calibre in charge of proceedings.
