I needed to sell my studio to help fund the purchase of another apartment. Rosalie based her valuation on recent local sales and the amount was satisfactory. She understands the value of heritage( sadly, a lot of other agents and buyers don't) and is on our wavelength. Whilst there is no guarantee that a new owner will not pull it down, she honed in on our desire to find a buyer who would appreciate the beautiful heritage features as much as we did when we bought it. We were also always kept up to date with the market and feedback from potential buyers every week and more often if it was needed. We would absolutely highly recommend her.
