This is the third property that Rosalie has helped me sell or purchase over a 15 year association, she is one of that very rare breed in the real estate agents- she is able to close a sale with a price that met my expectations, scrupulously honest and straight- not building your hopes up with promises that can't be delivered on - if anything there is a tendency to under promise and over deliver - Rosalie also looks after the tenant and is fair with all parties - repairs were delivered reliably and punctually - I never had to deal with tenants who fell behind in the rent or trashed the place
