She responded to our messages, calls, and emails almost immediately even when she was experiencing the most difficult time of her life, an encounter worth sharing: On the morning of our private viewing, we received a devastated text message from Rosalie notifying us that she had to cancel the appointment as her late mother had passed on. We were loss of words when we received her message and could only offered words of encouragement and comfort to Rosalie. It is never easy to handle emotional feeling with work. But as true professional, Rosalie handled both situations the best way she can. After the three days of her mother’s passing, she arranged a private viewing for us which we felt bad that she had to show us the property at that sad moment. We met and spoke at the viewing, we could see the sadness in her, but she put up a brave front and interacted with us as if nothing had happened to her life, truly amazing in our opinion. We never felt forced to make an offer (after the viewing) and when we decided to make an offer to the vendor through Rosalie, we received a quick positive outcome (less than 48 hours of waiting – all these happening when Rosalie was going through the emotional constraints of losing her beloved mother). Since the passing of her late mother, we have been corresponding to Rosalie more like a friend instead of an agent. We truly hope to keep that friendship going. We would recommend Rosalie unreservedly to anyone who are seeking to buy and sell a property.
