To the common seller/owner, there's a lot of terms and condition's that the average person/seller struggles to understand , all driven by profit , both for agent , and seller. When we asked questions , we found that we treated as less educated in the real-estate field , and that the agent's track record speaks for itself and to trust their direction , interesting of how agent fees are presented to the seller eg , also ,when question on the format of a Auction ,was met with "i know the market" - Looking clearly like a money grabbing exercise to lock in and still command a fee in hindsight .

We also liked her open approach to marketing the property - she often said, "...present it as it is..." which included a marketing video in which damage to our lounge done by our now deceased cat was clearly visible. After a buyer was found Rosalie managed all the client contact, negotiations and contractual arrangements, again relieving us of considerable stress. We cannot recommend Rosalie highly enough, her outstanding real estate expertise wrapped in a kind and empathetic package is the perfect blend. We highly recommend Rosalie as the perfect agent.
