Rose is the consummate professional and friendly as well. She was so efficient that I was never in any doubt as to where we were in the process; from the first contact when she acted immediately to start the ball rolling, to the last contact where she followed up with personal messages and phone calls to make sure everything was going according to plan. We picked Rose to sell our property because we felt she was enthusiastic about our house and therefore would be able to market and portray it well to potential buyers, which we feel that is indeed what she did do. Although, it took us a while to get the pricing and advertising costs sorted out and some of the presentation details validated, once on the market we had a suitable offer within three days. This was probably partly due to the extremely buoyant market in Hobart at the time and partly because of Rose's ability to push the selling price up to a value acceptable to us. Rose is also a good communicator and kept us well informed of potential buyer feedback and the outcomes of the property inspections.

Rose is a really refreshing agent who under-promises and over-delivers. Selling my rental property was not going to be straight forward as the tenant's current lease was for another six months. This did not deter Rose to take the sale on. Not only did Rose find me a suitable buyer within the first week and negotiated the price that I was hoping for, but thanks to her excellent communication skills she organized a new home for my tenant (which he loved) in the same street just a few days later. But what really set Rose apart from other agents is that she cared about the sale even after the contract was signed. It turned out that the tenant let us down by not cleaning the property to the expected standard, Rose went way beyond her duties following up and ensuring that the property was handed over in tip top condition on settlement day.
