She was so efficient that I was never in any doubt as to where we were in the process; from the first contact when she acted immediately to start the ball rolling, to the last contact where she followed up with personal messages and phone calls to make sure everything was going according to plan. We picked Rose to sell our property because we felt she was enthusiastic about our house and therefore would be able to market and portray it well to potential buyers, which we feel that is indeed what she did do. Although, it took us a while to get the pricing and advertising costs sorted out and some of the presentation details validated, once on the market we had a suitable offer within three days. This was probably partly due to the extremely buoyant market in Hobart at the time and partly because of Rose's ability to push the selling price up to a value acceptable to us.
