I have known Rose for a number of years as she helped us purchase our investment property so she was the obvious choice to sell our home when my husband and I separated. I cannot recommend Rose highly enough as she went way above what any agent would do to help me get a sale, especially with a very obstinate ex-husband. I cannot thank Rose enough for everything she has done over the past few months to procure a sale so I could move on.

It is hard to give a detailed performance review, as communication was at a minimum. I understand that she had a family tragedy. But I felt a little let down. Buying my first home was supposed to be a big thing, but it didn’t feel like it in this case. There was no thank you, or good luck. And the for sale sign was removed from our property with out permission. The sign guy trespassed to retrieve the sign. We were at home. Not happy. Sorry if this is harsh, but

Rose had an excellent knowledge of the market and kept us notified how negotiations were progressing. She was easy to talk to and gave us sound advice.

Rose was excellent in assisting us with purchasing our land, going into full detail on how everything would happen, helping find lawyers for the settlement and keeping in contact with us throughout our build.
