Many thanks to Rose, Carl and the team at Methven Mt Evelyn for selling yet another home for us. After deciding to sell so our home so quickly after we purchased it we were a little worried that we would achieve the price we wanted. Rose walked us through everything and she and the team were realistic with the suggested price range considering the short turn around.
