Clearly Rose's market knowledge, communication & professionalism is second to none. Right from the start, Rose was the Agent you knew she was dedicated, focussed, the right attitude, and had that edge in a tough market with a COVID-19 pandemic. I always say in a good market any Agent can sell a home, but in a tough and difficult market like today it takes a great Agent to close a deal with the purchaser and vendor. I am coming from the Eastern suburbs and I always get reminded by the Agents that they are superior to all Agents with awards lined up to Mars. In all honesty, I don't see them shine up to Rose. Also, I was advised that Rose is Ranked in the top 10 Agents in Australia, this is somewhat a strange assessment, guess what it is a lie, I would rank her in the top 3 in Australia.
