Rose helped the reviewer sell this property

Worst agent ever.

Recently, as part of of a settlement, to sell my house, I was put in contact with Rose (not my choice) and from the get go, she was highly unethical. She grossly inflated the sell price, then a short time later, asked me to drop my reserve by $120k!! From there it only got worse, as she continued to give me misinformation and act fraudulently. I never received any written reports on opens from her either. I really wish I'd read all the 1 star reviews on here, rather than trusting the foolish from my co vendor. Don't make the same mistake that I did. The house eventually sold for $90k less than what she undeniably stated she could get for it. Useless agent through and through. We were lied to and mislead on numerous accassions, only when we contacted the head office that I began to be treated with respect- not by the then silent Rose but her director. In fact, I very much appreciated the director of the agency agreeing with my grievances, and assuring me that Miss Mickoska will receive further training to correct her inappropriate behaviour.
