We had dealt with Dowling Maitland previously when we bought a property through the agency,and in particular Roseanne. So it was no leap of faith that we decided to ask Roseanne to handle everything for us when selling our home of 30 years. We knew we wouldn't need to concern ourselves with the little things. The many times she phoned us after hours to update on the progress of our Sale was very much appreciated. We were never left wondering what was happening. I think Roseanne's strong point is her communication skills. She always rang me back promptly and kept me informed of what was happening with my transaction. When I enquired about the surrounding areas, she was knowledgeable in the type of information that I was looking for and when I made specific enquiries about any negative aspects about the property and the surrounding areas, she answered them truthfully which is something that I have found agents in the past to "skirt around".
