Roshiba is a very committed, honest, professional and friendly estate agent. She communicated very well with my wife and I during course of sale of our property. She sold the property much quicker than we expected and at a good price. I recommend Roshiba and her real estate agency.
Roshiba Christina de la Ruwiere was very helpful from the start of the sale process to the end. The contacts she provided to help with aspects of the sale were invaluable. She was also happy to help clean in-between inspections as well as keeping us informed of offers and how things were progressing.
I am more than pleased with Roshiba and the price she achieved for my properties and I strongly recommend her
We bought from one of Roshiba's vendor. Our first viewing was very pleasant, we felt welcomed and Roshiba was very professional but friendly at the same time. She was very accomodating to our subsequent requests and liaised with vendor promptly with any queries we had and followed up in timely manner. Roshiba was very knowledgeable in many aspects of real estate and our purchase couldn't have been as smooth as it was if it weren't for her. Would highly recommend her for any real estate services as I too, would contract her to buy/sell in the future.
Had great time experience with Roshiba from first phone call to the final sale. Her communication and keeping up to date was fantastic. Roshiba enthusiasm was evident all the way through the sale process. She made whole experience stress free which must be appreciated. She is now just like a family friend always advising ups and downs in current real estate market.
Thanks to Roshiba, i have sold teo properties without any hassels. She also managed another couple of rental properties for me. Roshiba has a very pleasant personality and very organised. She has helped us immensely and we are grateful for all her efforts.
Roshiba's professionalism, passion for her work and positive attitude was instrumental to the sale of my property. She is highly recommended and has great knowledge of the property market.
