Very good results and great team work of Peter and Rosio

Rosio was the agent for my flat when I was renting it out and when I sold it. She was amazing as both. I trust her absolutely. She gave me lots of great advice about how to present the flat and strategies in putting the flat to market both as a rental and for sale. She is very proactive. She also understood that I didn't want to splash a lot of money around. She still got top dollar for me in both the rental and sales markets, without me having to spend an arm and a leg. She is great.
