I’ll give the example us sellers want.. Other real estate agent in area. I’d put on for offer’s over $450,00. Roslyn I’d put offers over $475,000. Initial offer 450,000 Roslyn errrrr nope. 3 days later two offers one of 475,000 one of 480,000. Due diligent checks on buyers. Sale price $480,000.
