We first had the pleasure of meeting Roslyn 5 years ago when we went to view a property. From that first meeting there was no doubt how passionate and enthusiastic she was about real estate and she took the time to answer all our questions even though it didn't relate to the property she was selling. First impressions do count and when we decided to list our home in Burekup, which was not an easy decision after 16 years and the amount of work we had done to the property, we knew who to call. When she arrived it was clear she had a good knowledge of the market and came well prepared with figures and facts that could back up her realistic valuation. She talked us through the online auction process and answered all our questions which made us feel comfortable to go down that route. We are so glad that we did as the outcome was more than we had hoped for. At every stage of the selling process it was clear that she was trying to get the best outcome for us. She was always at the end of the phone (she never sleeps!) if we needed to discuss, be reassured or just have a chat!
