If you are thinking about listing with Roslyn Ierace, just forget about it. Don't even think about it, JUST DO IT, it will be the best decision that you have ever made. Pat and I reckon we got $400,000- $500,000 by listing with Ros. Great result for all concerned whether you are a seller or a buyer, Ros will look after the interests of both parties.
