Bought a property via Auction in a great and developing suburb. Ross knew the market price very well based on suburbs and sales history within 10km radius. For a while i thought I may have overestimated the winning bid but Ross was extremely helpful in providing sales figures including dealing with our bank appointed valuation firm.
