Always positive and realistic

Ross' experience in real estate proved to be very beneficial with the sale of our property. It wasn't the usual "property" to sell. He always made himself available for that call from a prospective buyer that came out of the blue. And that last one was the buyer! He kept us informed and also set realistic goals. I'm sad we won't have any more property to sell! But, when we buy again, he would be the first I go too..
