I wen into the process of selling my home scared and unsure of what to do. Ross was thoughtful kind and supportive throughout the whole process. I never felt pressured to sell, or to accept an offer that I wasn't happy with. He also was a great soundboard when solicitors where asking and demanding answers. Not once did I feel Ross was just a salesman, his approach to selling is welcoming and honest.

Ross was outstanding. From the first hello he was very engaged, positive and efficient. In the matter of two days he presented us with multiple properties to our requirements. He really listened well of what we after, took us seriously( although we look like hippies) unlike many other agents elsewhere. He was always straight forward and honest which we highly appreciated. He pointed out the positive as well as the negative of the properties without being pushy. He didn't feel like a real estate agent but a good down to earth mate who is helping us with the buying process. He is well experienced in the area and knows his clients needs well.
