Ross is a straight talker, down to earth and a good bloke. We sold with him during the market uncertainty of the COVID lockdown. No one knew what was going to happen and Ross didn't pretend he knew any more than we did. But he put strategies in place to give our sale the best chance and worked really hard showing individual groups through and following up leads etc. Bottom line is we lilked him, rate him and would use him again.
