Over a number of years I have pestered Ross about selling options for our investment property. Ross was always willing to provide feedback on absolutely anything we put to him. Many times we were waxing and waning, calling up to confirm something or another, and more than once after Ross had done a bit of admin work for us, we would pull the pin and wait. When we finally decided to sell - in a free falling market - Ross was amazing in every aspect of dealing with us. Patient, knowledgeable, forth coming, astute and all with a sense of humor and integrity. He finally got us over the line and WOW, we were impressed. I rate the man. He knows his shit and like the post man; delivers :D

We were the buyers and Ross was very easy to deal with. When there came time to make a decision regarding an aspect of the process ie what to do about items listed in building inspection reports etc, he was very informative and helpful and seem to prioritize the interests of both parties equally rather than just trying to do everything for the benefit of the seller. He counselled when there were questions we had about things that might’ve not gone the way we expected and he made for a comfortable journey from offer to settlement. My only criticism would be I felt the final inspection was rushed, we were a few minutes late in fairness but he mentioned he had another appointment to go to but when we got there I was slightly disappointed to find we were being hurried through as he needed to rush to go and pick up his golf clubs. It was ok though, had he not been so helpful in all previous dealings we might’ve been a bit upset but all round was good experience and it was an after hours appointment anyway so can’t expect him to be there all night. It probably turns a 10 into a 9, but hey that is still pretty good! They also provided a really beautiful hamper at settlement time which was a great personal touch.

Ross is an absolute professional, and has been a pleasure to deal with from the start. There are 2 qualities which define his character in our opinion: Timely in Communication, True to his word. Most people find property transactions stressful – but not us. Ross took the trouble to keep us updated during every step of the process. We really felt he was going in to bat for us, whilst always doing the right thing by the other side as well. Indeed, he gave both parties excellent results; a rare occurrence in the property market. I believe this is due to Ross's positive and engaging attitude and an ability to communicate very clearly, and make himself and his client's objectives understood. Having dealt with other agents in the past and having bad experiences, dealing with Ross was a pleasant surprise. Anyone who inspires confidence and delivers great results deserves praise and success. That certainly is our opinion of Ross Kretschmar, and if you're looking to buy or sell property in Perth, we sincerely recommend engaging his services.
