I've always had a thing against lawyers, car salesmen and real estate agents. I used to think they are the holy trinity of people you can't trust due to multiple bad experiences with all of them. However, Ross came highly recommended by someone who has an impeccable reputation in the industry. Ross was brutally honest right from the get go about the issues I would have selling my old apartment, however he had a plan that would maximise every opportunity and guided me patiently through every step of what I needed to do. I trusted his expertise and sold my apartment in the 3rd week for the price I was asking for, well above the price range of other apartments in that complex. Furthermore, the buyers were extremely difficult and Ross handled them with extreme professionalism and patience and didn't allow them to exploit me just so I can sell my apartment. I can confidently say that I had the right person on my side throughout the whole experience. If that wasn't enough, I was desperately looking for a new home and wanted to stay in the same area. Ross, knowing the market in this area so well, alerted me to a property that was coming up for sale. Long story short, I got the offer I wanted on my apartment, found the house of my dreams, made an offer on it, it was accepted the same day and all of this happened within 48 hours. Ross went above and beyond what I expected, running around on his days off, making sure I had done everything to cover myself and advising me what to do every step of the way. After placing my Mother into Aged care I approached Ross about the requirements of putting her property on the market. Ross was very helpful and upfront about the appraisal and timing to put the property up for sale. Although we had a few hiccups, through no fault of Ross, we sold above our appraisal price and my mother and myself as POA are very happy and grateful.
