Ross had a ‘no fuss, no hype’ approach to selling. He made the process easy and all my requests were met.

Would never use Harcourts again, due to the disappointing experience we had. Ross wasn’t interested in helping us at all. Multiple questions never got answered. On settlement date no sign of him. We got the keys off the old owner, who was still there after settlement time and left the place absolutely disgusting. We are really disappointed to be treated like we don’t matter. 10/10 don’t recommend.

Ross is like the proverbial duck. On the surface looks like he is just drifting in the current, however under the waterline those little webbed feet are going like crazy. He is working very hard to get the best deal he can for the lucky vendor.
